Are all Crystal, Petrified Wood, and Onyx baths bespoke?

Yes. Each bath is hand-carved from a single, rare block of stone. No two are alike—every piece is shaped by eye and feel.

Can I request a specific size or design?

Absolutely. All dimensions and silhouettes are fully customizable. We’ll work closely with you to create a design that suits your space and celebrates the natural form of the stone. Baths typically start at 180 cm (L) × 90 cm (W) × 60 cm (H), but larger sizes are available on request.

How heavy are your baths?

Each piece varies, but most start just under 1 ton. Larger spa-sized baths can weigh between 3 to 4 tons.

How long does the process take?

Most projects take 6–10 weeks from stone selection to final polish. Complex designs or rare materials may require additional time.

Where is the crystal sourced from?

We select only the finest natural stone, hand-picked at the source: Quartz Crystal – Amazon Jungle Petrified Wood – Madagascar Onyx – Mountains of Pakistan

Do you have permission to extract stone from these regions?

Yes. We hold all required licenses, issued by the local governments in each sourcing region.

Do you use composite or engineered stone?

No. We work exclusively with 100% natural stone, carved from single, solid blocks.

What does a bespoke crystal bath cost?

Pricing varies based on size, clarity, and design complexity. A detailed quote is provided after your initial consultation.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 50% deposit secures your chosen stone. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Each bath is professionally crated, insured, and handled by trusted fine art or freight carriers.

Can you assist with installation?

Yes. We coordinate with your contractor or provide direct installation guidance.

How do I care for a crystal bath?

Use gentle, non-abrasive cleaners and avoid acidic products. Each bath includes a material-specific care guide.

Will the crystal change over time?

With proper care, your bath will retain its brilliance. Over time, a natural patina may form, adding character without affecting quality.
